hey, looks pretty good there man. the face is very well done by the looks of it and youve got his almost cartoony grin. theres a lot of detail in the hoody, good going on the neck area. the only thing im curious about is why his hairs in 3 parts :P

I'm unsure what you mean? If you mean why his hair looks different in each image, it's because I removed the hair in front of his face so it was visible. I will eventually have an alpha map to make his hair more hairish. If that's not what you mean then set me straight. I hate to cause duress. :D

I think that's it for the face... tell me I'm wrong. DO IT! Now to the body! :applause:

Ace choice!

The model looks really good - a very good likeness so far, but, unless you have a few tricks up your sleeve, i think drawing the textures by hand will make it look unrealistic. I suggest getting some photos of reeves and making a proper photo-map. Its the only way to get photo-real, after all!

School work took precedence until just today... so as much as I appreciate painting not looking like real-life, it is now too late to go back. Thanks for commenting. Here is the end result... I'm happy with the cartoonish quality, while not totally ignoring reality.
