Here's one:

Go to www.chaosgroup.com and download Simcloth. Not only is it miles better than Stitch, but it's also free (so there is no reason for you to "lose" the help file which comes with it).

Why dont you go through the manuals that came with it. If you run into any specific problems post here & we can see what we can do... :)

The tutorials that come with Stitch are terrible so I'll help you!

first you have to make the spline outline of the clothes...but only make half cut down the center(no center line ofcourse)...and this is the most important thing, at each turn stop the spline ie. a shirt would be a neck spline to shoulder, an outer arm spline, a cuff spline, an inner arm spline, a side spline, and a waist spline...then attach the splines and fuse...then mirror a copy along the horazontal(spelling) axis, then attach the splines and fuse. now shift drag a copy for the back of the shirt....that's how you make clothes that work...

If you need more info than that then you haven't read the manual and you'll have to ask someone else...
