try spending more time and effort creating an image to put in the Gallery. That is my advice. "Just under 2 hours" and it definitely shows.

no, i'm sorry, too harsh.

i just think many people here spend days and even weeks on projects, then post them in the gallery.

time and effort shows, and is appreciated (and inspires others to work harder).

your scene could be vastly improved with just some strong procedural bump maps, to alter the terrain's surface.

work on showing depth in your landscape by lowering the mountains, and adding more in the distance, and use a light blue subtle fog to fade them out.

also, there should be more whiteness around your sun, the whole sky could even be lighter, and it will help add a strong sillhouette to your biker.

remember, your foreground! more visible detail should be closer to the camera, and we should see shadows falling on the foreground mound.:arteest:

Think about composition.
The biker should be outlined against the sky, for better clarity.
There should be no question who is the center of interest in the picture.
