the technique is totally not my style (painting and line drawing).

I like the style a lot, it's an interesting mix. Perhaps a bit more contrast and saturation. Other than that, very nice :)

You should try to put more movement in your characters.
This first one is a little bit static.

i guess it's static because it's just a character design. i'm trying to draw more cutesy crap. :D

But.. anyway when your are defining the character design, u can work with more movement figures.
Even with cute characters.
This work reminds me a graffiti style. And this kind of draw often have a lot of movement or distortion that make the figure more interesting.
But ... don't worry.. is just an opinion.
