Sure enough Victor Navone of Pixar fame personally likes Cinema 4D and Hash A|M for his modeling and animation, see even the pros don't agree on whats bets, its all in what you like.

Surprised me too.

I wasn't aware that pixar used proprietary everything...

the puppeteering animation system is amazing, if you see the Toystory 3pack, they have some clips of them working in an old verion of it that was still bloody amazing.

And of course their shaders and renderer are known to everyone.

Saw that. Made me laugh as those are my packages of choice aswell. Now just to find the time to make something in them.

Didn't Victor Navrone start working at Pixar cos of the Alien he did in A:M? So of course he likes A:M, it's his original tool.
