View Full Version : rendering blobby surface particles?

huh, I am sure there is a short solution for this problem, but I don't know it! :)

I am rendering some particles which are blobby surface.
the problem is that particleas are JAGGED, so as alpha channel... my Render settings are at highest values, but the problem remains... WHAT is going on? is it possible to render blobby surface with aliased edges?

Well, i don`t know if exist something to resolve this, but you can render at higher resolution, and "zoom out" in postproducction.

have you set the particles value in the render globals to something else but 1?

(the samples for the particles)
