Those are new asian cinema movies if you don't know.

Creepy yet nice.

I think she looks like a pretty woman..... A bit of effectlighting, but not really spooky.. More like intimate - "What i have to tell you MUST remain a secret, can I trust you with it? " kind of thing.
Idea: put an orange or red "color burn" over it in PS and see what happens.
