recently my comp has been crashing and saying the driver for my video card is bad... the card isn't new and its never had this problem before... i don't have a virus i checked for that and i haven't deleted anything... i tried to get on nvidia's website to see if they could help but i can't find any... the site won't let me download there drivers and there is no one to email... i'm running xp home edition and my card is a geforce4 ti 4200... ne ideas?

Why won't your comp let you download the driver?

Below are direct links to current WHQL certified driver releases (if that helps ya) and the driver I run my ti4200 with at work...

Win2k/XP_56.64 (http://download.nvidia.com/Windows/56.64/56.64_winxp2k_english_whql.exe)

Win2k/XP_41.09 (http://download.nvidia.com/Windows/41.09/41.09_win2kxp.exe)

Read THIS (http://www.nvidia.com/object/driver_installation_hints.html) before installing.

If not... might be an idea to try re-seating the card in the motherboard? If you're comfortable with fiddling inside the case?
