I have a scene I have been struggling with over the weekend. I have tried all types of radiosity settings to no avail. It is a kitchen with white cabinets. Because they are white, artifacts show up horribly everywhere and I'm not sure how to get rid of them.....
I have done searches on the postforum and found information that says a low min resolution will produce better results. This seems contradictory to what the manual states. The manual recommends slowly increasing both the min and max resolution until the artifacts clear. Any comments on this? I am using a sky object with a setting of 300% for generating GI. I also have some photographs mapped around the outside to act as background scenery - these images also generate GI, but do not receive any.....
Any advice? Direction?
