Looks good, but the character blends into the background a little too much, try a different background/colour or at least some backlight to bring him out a bit more.

The grain/noise helps sell the pic though.

I agree that the background detracts from the point of focus- the robot in fact it hurts my eyes trying to focus in on the robot-metaphorically speaking

This looks like a really nice model I only wish I could see it clearly.

You could also improve your composition- it is not that well photographed if you know what I mean. Fo tinstance here you are showing the model which is a vertical subject why not use a vertical format to do that ....yes I realize you are presenting in 3:4 but we want to see and you want to show the robot show it off in the best possible way!
