hi, first comp for me, first post as well actually. I gonna try to make a decent Edward Scissorhand.. looking for good refs atm. Im mostly doing this to have some purpose while trying to practice my pretty poor texturing skills. I ll wip as soon as i have something. Oh yeah and cheers to the peeps from NAD

just a test with very poor mapping. i like where its getting but this is already 1000 polys, couldnt find good enough refs but it does work for now

thanks Sample. If anyone has good hosting for their pics and wants to let me know about it, please go ahead! im very very tired of searching. Im progressing very fast and would like a few comments on the more recent pics, but until i have a solution..

meantime, this is looking great. could you post a flatshade or wire of the model? i'd like to see where all those polys are at...

Perhaps make him a little more gaunt, sink the eyes in and sharpen the edges of creases with different smoothing groups. Also, along his cheeks, the cheek bone protrudes enough to be distinguishable from the rest of the cheek.
