the year is.... 100 plus years from now... in a planet that is in a constant war.
My idea is of genetically engineered pitbulls. With the whole body mainly machine minus the head and some skin to cover up the body. I want the shoulders to be flesh because when you see these dogs run after lil Chihuahuas their muscle looks really incredible. lol
These dogs are VICIOUS man eating creatures some of their skin has fallen out because of the battle-about nothing-is going on. The riders are 10-12 inch humanoids integrated into the back of the pits. These humanoids control the pits, but if the riders die the pits go into a killing spree of some sort or they are captured and reprogrammed.

Not all pits are evil and some have developed a mind of their own and fight alongside the rest of the human survivors. :bounce:

The scene will be on top of some mountain looking down on a destroyed city, with fire and other creatures flying in the sky.

Edit: moved images below and added a lil more to the story behind the scene.

sketchImage001. Im thinking of either having pistons as parts of the legs or wires that connect from one bone to the other. Since these will be fighting mech dogs none of these ideas sound reasonable. The pistons need a lot of oiling and the wires could be torn out during a fight, Maybe they are undestructible wires ...

I’m working on some possible situations for the front of the pit, maybe a vest type leash with missiles disguised as spikes. I’m still wondering what would work best a single or double mechanical bone for the legs.

Selective genes from the pit bulls were chosen in regards to human aggression, swimming, hunting, survival, smaller size, and greater agility for performance to further enhance these traits for battle. The perfect canine warrior who doesn’t fight out of fear or aggression.

The head separates from the body. Through battle the dog can be brutally injured but its superior survival skills allow it to repair itself and so if he defeats another canine or human it can take over its body and control it by generating its mechanical design into that of its prey. Those cables running out of its neck are its greatest protection; since they most commonly attack at the neck this part is one of the strongest sections of its body. The tail also contains self-repairing tissue and mechanical thingies. The rear legs will be pistons since they will be jumping quite high and would cover a longer distance and the tail will be loaded with oil to keep it running smooth.
-GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE-
