View Full Version : DIsgusting Worley Plugin
Spacemanbob 03-21-2004, 03:43 PM Now that some of us have joined the Worely Family, we are supposed to be able to use the Disgusting plugin for free. When I request the unlock code I am taked to a page that doesn't have FPrime as the product I bought to be able to get this neat plugin.
Has anyone gotten this code since they have bought Fprime. If so how long did it take you to get one.

BTW...anyone download the free Disgust plug-in recently and are still waiting for their license?

Sent off information using the registration web page request form for a " free " license couple days ago to Worley. However, they don't have on the list of products you bought such as " Fprime ". Wrote in the comment section that I have Sasquatch but actually purchased the Fprime product and assumed it was Ok to get Disgust free.
I believe they are swamp with Fprime orders and will fill orders that are paid for rather than those that are free. In time, they should get around to us. Maybe we need to bring it up to their attention and see what response we get.
Contacted Worley Labs via email and waiting for a response. Will advise when received.

I was thinking the same thing and contacted them last night. Hopefully once the FPrime orders die down the'll be onto it.

I've done it 3 times now over the past couple weeks. I own 4 of their products. I wish they'd fix whatevers broken. I am glad you reminded me.
I got my license for FPrime on Friday the 12th and disgust license the next day 13th.
Cheers,

Wow
I just sent my request from inside Layout, from the Disgust Panel, it took me to a html page where I filled out my details. I checked 'G2' and explained that I had actual bought 'FPrime' (In one of the Comment Boxes + Plus a copy of my Invoice) . Then literally 5 minutes later I recieved my Disgust Licence Code.
Excellent Work Steve

Hmmm...very strange indeed. I submitted my info for Disgust several days ago but haven't received anything yet. I just re-applied for the plug-in again. Maybe there were web problems the other day. If I don't get anything in the next day or two I'll send them a "nudge" email.

I'd try again, they just sent me a second Licence Code, after a mistake with the first. So maybe double check to make sure you've sent all the right info.
Same here, no Disgust code. Applied just like Riki but NOTHING !
I will wait as well a day or so and Nudge too ! At least there appears to be some movement on this issue.
Upon loading disgust plugin, where do I find it in layout?

It's a shader, look on the shading tab of the surface editor.

I just downloaded Disgust. Filled in the form as per Riki and received the authorisation code withing the hour.
Well, it appears some of you are able to get what I cannot yet receive. I just sent off another request form. Will see what happens and advise. At least there is a faster turnaround than I thought.
WOW !
Within 10 minutes of my 2nd request, I received the code for the plugin. Either the form never made it to Worley last week or a real person took immediate action. Thanks Worley !

I ended up sending an email to Worley last night after not receiving any license after two attempts of web registration. Worley sent my license this a.m., apologising that they were busy with FPrime orders (I figured that) but also the web registration for Disgust was having some problems and creating confusion at their end.
So...if anyone is still waiting for a Disgust license best bet is to send license@worley.com an email with your info.
Polk and FPRime are the first plug-ins I've ever purchased and I'm glad it was Worley that I decided to go with. They have an excellent customer relationship!
