ok here is another update. I am very pleased with this model. It has only taken me 3 hours to get this far. My modeling skills have gotten alot better due to comments and tips from everyone at cgtalk. I want to say thank you everyone. Wounder why no one is replying. Guess no one likes vw.

Looks good, you have to sharpen up the window corners. When I was younger my brother had 1 of these, intead of a vw engine in the back, it had a chevy 350 in the front!!! lol Was a blast!

cool tbonz. I would love you own a karmann ghia. Well focks i have to reinstall windows todays because i was playing around with my registry. I was trying to disable some of the stuff i dont use. Well that got me into trouble. My computer would not boot up no more because of the changes. Updates will be coming in a few days ok. I have to reinstall all my programs.

whiteboy, do you have win xp? because if you do you can just restore the installation.

hey whiteboy, follow this link and he shows just what you can safely get rid of in XP, crap-ola that windows installs but you don't need. I've followed it and have had zero troubles.

as a VW kinda guy... I love the Karman, coming along nicely.

if this happens again do this:
-insert the win xp cd, when it says boot from cd press enter
-continue installing windows, it will ask you if you want to do a fresh install or repair the old installation, if you repair the old installation it will fix the xp installation and fix the registry also.
that means all of your programs will still be there and you won't have to reinstall them :) i am a freelance technician and i have done this to many of my clients computers :) thats good that you go everything up and running again though. can't wait to see the new update
