A while back there was discussion regarding forward/inverse kinematics. A link to a flash file was posted. I believe it is this one but I'm not sure: http://www.vectorlounge.com/04_amsterdam/jam/wireframe.html

It is a wireframe skeleton toy that you drag. It has constraints at different joints which allows you to drag any given joint and the rest will react to the user manipulation. It has been a while since I played with it. Does anyone have a copy or a fresh link?

I found it, I remember this thing, I did a search for IK puppet on yahoo and got this one that works.
