View Full Version : nurbs facial controls

I'm putting in blend-shape facial controls on a nurbs head. Is there any way to duplicate the altered head which the original is being blended to so that I can, for example, make an eyebrow control, then duplicate it so that it's mirrored, and I don't have to try to make the second eyebrow, thus saving myself half the time?
One method that I've (perhaps naively) tried is simply duplicating the blend head with a -1x scale. That didn't work.
Any help at all would be most appreciated. This will save me perhaps several days, if there is a way to do it.

I dont think so....U see blend shapes work by mapping target vertices.....Each one has a number and when u blend : the to corrospoding numbers move from ones position to the next ones....

There is a script on highend3d that will mirror your blendshapes.

Many thanks, underdog. I went to highend3d and got the script you mentioned. It's also available in this page. (http://www.geocities.com/bazhutkin/)
