here you find md2 and md3 file conv.plugins as well as unreal conversion for LW.
download all,install all,works good:model,texture,skelegons,anim.
otherwise get milkshape3D,its the previous modeler for half-life but
now sold as a stand alone for 30 euros only.
then there is where most sympaty goes out to from me,get serious sam
like the goldpack for 9 euros or less,with the serious modeler you can
import lwo and export mdl files. http://www.croteam.com/
they also have the ska exporter plugin for free(check downlaod section)
via modeler you export mdl files through that plugin,among other possibilities.

naa md2 amd md3 r quake Engine i know all about them. i need MDL support for SMD support for LW for Half Life engine. also MDD will work fine if i can export it to Xsi
