On my peice, i'm trying to be a little different, this is by no means the final layout, just a compositional sketch showing the chief character-
In Early victorian times, when the british empire was building there railways across india, they had the idea of attatching steam engines to the elephants to help labour and clearing of the paths. The elephants where brutaly disfigured bolted through there flesh and bones, most unable to take the preasure and there hearts exploded. Three were a success....
I haven't done any real creative drawing in about 3 years, i study animation and 3d animation at College.
My final layouts will be worked a lot more from referance this was just an idea, so any feedback would be well appreciated.

Just another sketch, i think i'm getting close to roughly what i want, sorry for the poor image quality i haven't set my scanner up yet so just been taking photos.
Going to start thinking about the enviroment and the actual composition as well as the other characters next ( british red coats and the indian workers)
