My first idea :
The concept is a scene who a cyborg mammoth is fighting against cyber prehistoricals men. That can still evolve, but for the moment it can be a good start. :)

Evolution of the concept :
2 mammoth are fighting in an arena.
The mammoths are enhanced by mechanicals parts, like protection for the head and mechanical legs for more power etc...
The "horn" of the mammoth is modified for become a weapon.
Other mechanicals concepts are comings.

original idea :) but i wouldn't go for 2 mammoths, maybe 1 and a dinosaur?

I agree with the mammoth vs dinosaur idea. As for the latest sketch... wow  It's great! Just one flaw - his mechanized front legs shouldn't be able to support his huge, heavy body; they are just too thin. Anyway, good luck, have fun!
