Machineflesh 2D Challenge Entry: Dustin Bonivert

Woohoo! First CGTalk Challenge! I have some pretty good Ideas
I think, hopefully they will be good enough to make up for my lack of rendering(2d) ability.

The Idea that sticks out the most based on an idea I had about the lengths mankind would go to to overcome cancer and Mortality in general. With cancer seeming more and more common, and a cure supposedly bieng closer, What if a cure wasn't the right answer? What if cancer became stronger? What if complete tissue removal was the only answer? What If machineflesh was the only way to go on?

With this bieng a reason to have the technology to replace human parts combined with mans overall desire to overcome physical challenges and obtain greater abilities I hope to come up with some good illustrations. It would be cool to do some torturistic illustrations as well, but I'm no Clive Barker.

Note: I think pretty much everybody these days, including myself, knows or has lost someone who has had cancer. So please dont think I am taking the subject lightly and remember it is only fiction.
