Nice drawing! I like the rikshaw, and the character is cool. I do think his butt is a little too high, though. It should be more even with the shoulders to be normal, but hey, that's only normal! :p
WOW....one of the best concept around here!

Wow man that's really cool. He looks a bit gay from behind but otherwise coming along just fine. Keep pushing it. I think this is one of the better one I've seen.

Wow, I agree, very nice sketch-to-model, it's really all there. I'd even guess the emotion is 'stubborn'? Def. a unique stance. Look forward to the rest..

Good work! I like the lower lip and the in turned front feet, lots o' character! Perhaps you could add some more detail in the hind legs(to smooth twords top) and maybe put in some sholder blades for the front legs. Anyways great work!

hey, thanks for the kind words and suggestions.
the backside of this beast is still in the semifinal stage so details will be comming. i dont think i'll remove that certain "gay" element from his backside though, for some reason it just fits my idea for this fellow.
small update, a few straps and some neck detail, and a wireframe comp.

That there is a nice creature. Let's see another angle!
Harness bit at the front may need some tweaking, but very good indeed!
looks very nice, just one thing I would change. The expression of his face in the sketch is better than the one from the model. I think you should close his eyes a bit, like in the sketch, then he would look more tired and exhausted
NICE !NICE!:applause: ,I like your model .It's very character

That's looking really really great. I have no crits I like everything.
Nice beast, i like the general shape and especially the front feet.
It looks like a bird on anabolisants ! :-)
Hey great job, never came across this thread before, was just browsing around the compilation page and bamN! there you were, great job with everything thus far. I like your style a lot, and like the expression on your beasts face. Throw in the extra details and wow, you will have something great here! Its funny, but as an artist, you can never stop adding detail, and never feel you have a finished piece, if you keep going at the pace you are, this will be absolutelly fantastic! :bounce:

very nice beast it looks gigantically but funny too :) - it's hard to decide which one of those challengers look better :D - all great work....
mmm ... the pose is very interesting ...
for attachment to the vehicule i suggest u to create a lot of rope ...like a spider web. that could be more dynamic

thanks for the suggestions everyone. the connection between the beast and the cart is still in development. the original idea was to have two long springy poles that attach infront of the wheels. however that was designed for a different cart so i will go to a more standard connection type.
