View Full Version : Which Graphics card?

I already have a radeon 9800 xt but i want to get a new graphic card but dont know which one to go for,something which is in the same price range also nothing very expensive,
so which card should i get?

well yea but ill give that to my brother if i can find a better card then that,i want a nice workstation card which is good for these 3d graphics stuff,within the same price range as the radeon 9800 xt

nvidia geforce 4 mx 440 or nvidia geforce 4 fx 5600 dual is a nice gfx card and very fast and not so expensive

i would say buy one of this gfx card buy.
But if you have the money then i would preffer for a nvidia geforce 4 quatro
that would be the best solution for you 3d stuff

I would like to know how to run the benchmark in 3dsmax6 as i see on every graphic card review they got the benmark score for 3dsmax ive never really got how to do a benchmakrk test
could someone please tell me

im not really up on benchmarking, but you can try motherboards.com, as I remember they have benchmarking tools, or at least links to where to get said tools. . .

Nvidia's have the maxtreme drivers- might be a selling point.:shrug:

yes i was reading about it on some website saying that it gives a 70% preformance improvement,thats really impressieve

havent been a real nvidia fan since I got my first ATI card, but it seems I should probably do my research on this subject..
