@ rattlesnake .thanks friend...the problem with the textures in the face is that i can't find any very high res material to work with in order to build up a big resolution texture...the material used here is 3-4 pics in composition and painting in photoshop in a res of 1800x1600.....i would love to work with it in 3k or more just to have better results ...also by saying test i mean that i don't know if this is the final look i want for his face....

After some suggestions from friends i made a new aproach on Head texturing - modeling...i think it's better for the man not to have the same Helmet and hair like the woman...i also made an expression of anger-pain...which will be needed in final composition.

Maybe you are correct about the man costume...but to tell u the truth the female part of this challenge was a surprise for me and ..not only that but it was modeled in one week:eek: ...a matter that for me was a surprise 'cuase i started modeling characters about one year ago..( and trust me i don't model characters for everyday living). The Man character was in the initial concept but i was also surprised when i saw that in the second attempt i made at least a descent body. I don't know if i make sence . To make a long story short ...every thing u see after the initial concept are thoughts step by step as we went further....Sorry for the bla..bla..bla... if u want ..take any post of the man ..paint it over and if i can i will remake him just for ya!

@ Tremoside Thank u friend ...but i must say that i am also impressed by your work..i know that you are finishing your school of graphics but i can say something that i know that you have heard many times ...your work is very promising and you come from a country with great artistic and philosophical history...value it ...and u will succeed! Here is the lightSetup. What doesn't show here is a big poly sphere with the Uffigi HDR image wrapped on it.
There are two renders for The final scene.
One - With Maya default Renderer for the volumetric light above the characters and the Paint Fx hair of the Evil twins and also the one more render for the Glows
Two - two renders in Mental Ray with Final Gather , one for the room and one for the Characters (in the second one ..all geometry that was used for glows in default render are on too in order to help the info of light in Final Gather.

No, no your image looks GREAT! I just thought that you will want to sharpen
your image a bit or just some parts of the image (only the vehicle, for example).
I suppose you would normaly use unsharp mask filter.
But I have found this somewhere on the net and since then I've always used it to
sharpen up my renders:

- duplicate the layer you want to sharpen
- apply (in Photoshop) filter>other>High Pass with, for example, 1.0 pixel value
- composite it over the normal layer with overlay or hardlight...
- tweak the sharpening effect intensity with opacity values (usualy 50% is cool).

I find it much better to sharpen this way...

Maybe this is nothing new for you, sorry friend.

I had the greatest time of all in this Challenge , i have made new friends which i think u know u are TWO of them and some other Guys ... who know who they are!!!( which i hate very much also) --- hey guys u did great work --- SUPER NUTS
