I'd say so. Although I do get kind of an early 90's vibe from the character. Actually, more of late 80's Miami Vice thing.

pyschopath: (nice name) I would round out some areas on the model (legs/fingers). He has sort of Gumbyesque legs, I would go for a flare-like bellbottom on the pants (seems it would fit the character). Also, I'd add more textures, IMO, the flat color scheme isn't working. Good Luck.
