HI~this is my thought of the beast!I think I need to practice my creation of character more often.I am not decided how many chains it will be,maybe 4 or 2.and about the carry the heavy thing I think maybe it will be a woody railing prison or a huge castle.If I make the castle with it ,I will bulid a boned wing for my beast.I am not sure right now!How you guy think about that ?
Last time I forget to put my enchanted froest into the vote page,I won't forget this time.But I think it doesn't matter,I still learn a lot in my work.I hope everyone enjoy this beast challenge !good luck to you all~

Great work on the head. That is some nice clean modeling you did. I like the desing of it as well.
Tis is my rough body.It's still need to work on the detail.OK~any advice?
This is the wireframe with the arm!
The smooth mode!and I need a little advice about the muscle.will it be a little to strong or no.Beacuse I want to emphasize the arms and legs, but I am not sure it's good or not. Please tell me what you think about the arm,thank!

Excelent design so far. I love the contrast between the bony and thin rib/waist area and the huge bulging muscles of the shoulders and arms. Very very nice. :thumbsup:

pantera? i really like this idea, having the harness attatch to the rib cage, friggin genius, and i think the model is coming along great, cant wait to see more :xtreme:
I bulid half of the leg.beacuse I am confuse about the style of the leg.Should look like dog or reptile?I am not sure yet!

i would go more with the dog theme, keep things more consistent, looks like you went with that anyway tho, lookin good.

Yeah rex I noticed your replies all over the forum. LOL you keep that up and you might have as many posts as I do :p
I like the hands and the pads on the joints is a really cool idea too. I think I'd blend in the back edge (towards the forearm) in more with the rest of the skin. Other than that they look great.

When I mentioned the pads I meant those raised parts on the fingers. Right now the sort of look glued on to the top of the beast's fingers rather than a part of them. When i said to blend in the back edge, what I meant was to soften the raised bump on the edge of the pads that faces towards the wrist.
Did that help?

really like the body, and also the idea
but I think you should work a bit on his eyes, I think they are too "long" and also the form is too "simple"

@ REX: You get an pic under your name this way: Go to the top of the page by the banner and you'll see a link that says 'my profile' its up in the lower right portion of the red banner. Click on that and it will take you to an area where you can change all of your personal preferences. To do the picture (I beleive it's called an avatar) simply load a 100x100 pic the same way you load a pic in a reply here in the forum.

this is looking great man i really dig the proportions, however, the rear waist hip area looks un natural and unreal. i suggest looking at the muscle structure of a dog, the if you like a thin waist, exxagerate from real muscle structure. otherwise youve got a great peice man keep up the progress

damn just saw your entry for the first time! really love it and the proportions are stunning!:thumbsup: what i don't like are the fingers on the front legs. they seem a bit too regular and square like to me. i think you better kill its symmetry!

about my carry thing ,my first thought is to carry a coffin!And a Death will in the coffin.But beacuse the tradition in my country,It will bring bad luck specially at July.It is a ghost month at July.So I will not do a coffin,I will change my mind to make a undeath soldier or monster who ride on a Rome style tank.
