I'm sorry I can't say a lot about your work right now, but I do want to say something so....To be honest there's not a lot here to critique right now. Anyway, here's my comments on what you have so far:
In your sketch the wings look a bit too much like tree branches rather than bat/dragon wings. And I think the tail would need to be longer to ballence out the mass up front.
In your modeling the portion you have extruded forward to make the head and neck looks too narrow and thin in comparisson to you sketch.
If you could maybe tell us a bit about your beast that would help us give suggestions on what to do. Here's some things to think about:
what exactly does your BoB do?
what animals make up the different parts of your beast, and what are their characteristics like?
what is the personality of your beast? dumb? smart? happy? sad? mean?
Sorry if any of this made me sound like a jerk. It wasn't meant that way. Just tryin to help.

ZrO-1 thanks for the comments n suggestions..now this beast will be a sad, humble and hard workin one, able to pull heavy loads, or lift heavy loads while flying... I dunno what the wings will be like in the end...as i change the model as i progress. Neway, i welcome all comments and crits.

I like the way the head is evolving into something different than your sketch, its changing, but IMHO getting more interesting. Overall the model needs quite some detailing and proportions don't look quite right yet, but I suppose that's normal for a WIP, my models tend to look the same until they get closer to completion. ;)
A few crits/comments/questions:
Where does your BoB eat, it appears to still be missing a place for a mouth (below the eyes, at the beginning of the cool new trunk/nose might be a good spot)?
What are those shovels beide the nostrils for?
Those arms start to look more like something I'd expect from an underwater creature, not sure if that's intended or makes sense.
The lowpoly cage still shows a bit too much, some more subdividing/splitting/cutting to add more poly detail wouldn't hurt even this early in the process.
It looks a lot like it will have problems balancing it's mass right now, also the hind legs don't look as if they could properly support the beast.
Keep it up, cool running so far...

quik update..oh n it will probably change a bit more from its original sketch...
ps. the shovels next to the nostrils are for lifting objects..or holding things..
