View Full Version : Mentalray and zbrush 16 bit displacementmap?

Hi, I just read the news that zbrush 2 is comming out 31. of march
now my question is does mentalray in maya support 16bitdisplacementmaps and does it support normalmaps as well? and if it does, is there a tut somewhere on how tu set it up?

there is a plugin for Maya available at http://www.drone.org/tutorials/displacement_maps.html (there is also a version compiled for Mental Ray and quite a pile of information about how to set it up).
