Hi.
I'm currently going through the tutorials in a book called "Introducing Maya 5 3D for Beginners"
For those of you who have this book,.... on page 92 there's a 'Surfaces-Loft' exercise using 2 already lofted surfaces, and 2 other curves. ( the idea is to create an attachment between the already lofted surfaces by making use of the 2 other curves.
If anyone has done this, I'd like to know what's going on. Is there a typo in the book? I'm doing exactly what it says to do and it's not working.
when I press F8 ( to switch between line selection filter, and component selection ), I lose my first selection, so the loft I'm trying to do won't work.
Anybody else experience this?
Thanks in advance
Peter
