Hey Sangotten, nice drawing, I think if you put a bit more time into the feet and get them looking as good as the rest it will look all the better. The way its on an angle doesnt give it the weight that it needs, if you can express that weight/balance/stance you'll be golden, the top looks great. It deserves a great foundation:thumbsup:

yes. you all have Badass talent. I especially want to comment on Charlee. It's very good to have you here. I noticed your first sketch has sort of a Masamune Shirow look to it.

This is a character I designed when I was about nine years old. (I think I was ripping off the T1000 at the time) Well, I tried to sketch my old idea out a couple months ago and this is the result. Tell me what you think.

Here's one of my characters .

He doesn't have hair because I'm not really good at it, and globally he is too "soft" (misses grain, scratches, texture) .
By the way, if some of you have coloring tutorials... For example, I love your background and your hair, Balistic, but feel like I couldn't do it without a good tutorial to understand the process .

this a great place for ideas of mythical beasts and characters.

"The jinn, or djinn are beings from Arabic lore. Being from before the creation of man, it is said that Allah created these beings from black, smokeless fire. They have transparent bodies that are made up of flame or vapour, and are able to assume different forms such as humans and animals. There are both jinns of a good nature which are generally handsome, and those that are evil and are hideous. Jinns can be very large and have the ability to become invisible. For the most part, jinns are good towards man. However, because they like to play ticks, their behaviour can be unpredictable, and one can never know if their behaviour is good or bad. Jinns are able to attain the lower heavens and can overhear an angel's prophecy. They therefore have great magical power over humanity. They are able to put us to sleep, transport us instantly to distant lands, and show us miracles, then return us to our beds."

Short and stock, redcaps have long white beards and look like old men. Like any goblin, all that is needed to repel them is the use of holy words."

But it seems that some of the vividness, life and power becomes less when you ink stuff. (Not as a down on the inking, but as an up to your sketching).

the most obvious thing to me is the errm for her left- , for us right arm, the one holding the katana, that seems to be in quite a spastic position.. I'd work on the shoulder of that arm, and of how the sword is being held.. other than that, nice drawing ^_^
