Hello,
i think it is the moment for me to share that script, and get some feedback.
I made some improvment ,like the undo.The bad point is that work, but a bit slowly than i would.
It is an extension from the max built-in paint weight.With many other features.
I use in production to set skin, fastly than with the built in.
Try to use ticks, hide non weighted faces and bones dialog.It is in some word my workflow.
There just some case where i must work with the skin modifier like with vertex in the mesh.
I hope to add some work around,and other new features like ability to directly paint loops.
