looks good (though needs hair, in a solid form though) but way too blurry
apart from that quite good. :)

Looking good so far, but I'd suggest adjusting his nose a little bit. It looks too thin by the nostrals. :hmm:

it's looking really nice. can't wait to see it in a skin texture with all the details.

some points that stick out tho. the top of his head is a bit flat and needs a push up.

also the line of his nose beside his eye is too sloped where as in the pic, it's mostly straight till passed the eyeline. i think that's a destinctive feature.

also the flesh around the eyes really need some subtue shaping so them implants don't seem to just phase through. those wingles on the corners of his eyes help with that (and also help show his stern nature)

it's good work as it is anyway :)

edit: another thing! you've put a lotta definition on his brow but overlooked the 2nd winkle on his forehead. doesn't flow too well.

and i personly think a toon shader would ruin the model. big no no

I'm a fan of Ghost in the Shell, and this is pretty close. I'd like to see it with more of the modelling completed. (Hair etc...)
