Mystic Game Development is again searching for very talented artists capable of creating ultra realistic characters.
We are searching artists for modeling, rigging, texturing as well as people specialized in facial animation. This is a contract / freelance based position and is not fulltime and does not require relocation.
Modeling work needs to be done in either 3D Studio Max or Maya or some other program, as long as a Max or Maya file can be delivered. Modeling includes the creation of facial morph targets. Artists with knowledge of research done by Paul Ekman have a plus, since the facial morph targets need to be based on his research.
The characters will be used in real-time demonstrations of our animation system called EMotion FX 2. The character polycounts will be around 100k max. You can read more about our software at http://www.emotionfx.com or http://www.mysticgd.com
Experience in the game industry is a plus.
Please send links or example work of your best work to jobs@mysticgd.com
Thank you for your interest
