Roomate wanted me to post this. This is not my best work but none the less here it is.

The snow is PS noise I take it?

It really hurts my eyes and detracts from the piece, I advise you approach the snow differently, right now there is no depth - have some big snow flakes in the extreme foreground and some smaller ones drifting in the BG.

keep at it.

The conceptual idea is good, but it doesnt seem to have much depth. Try playing the foreground/background DOF and see what happens. ;)
