Okay, after a little bit of thought, my creature is going to be dragon-esque instead of big and cumbersome. Sinewy and limber.I cant draw worth crap so im going to just wing it;) Im also a newbie so I havent really done any organic modelling so this is going to be all new to me.

Here are some ideas for the scene:

-The dragon will be half standing up half on all fours.Maybe leaning on some rocks to help pull itself along
-The wings will be severed stubs
-A little bit of smoke coming out of nostrils
-Deep,angry, and resentful towards captives.
-Dragging something really heavy.

I doubt ill be able to pull it off, but its worth a shot:beer:

Wow, that thing is funky looking. :) I'll be honest and say that I'm not sure if I like it right now, but it sure is unique. :p Stick with it. I'm sure I'll change my mind once it grows on me a bit.

this guy is definately a unique one...what will he be pulling or carrying? one thing I noticed...looks like he may have too many bends in his leg...or maybe it's just that the knee part is too long, and kinda looks like his calf muscle...although it's hard to say cause I never seen one of these guys before..lol...keep the updates coming...I'd like to see where this guy ends up!

Digones: Yeah, I found that while I was google-ing but I didnt find it that helpful. What I did find was This (http://www.angelfire.com/in2/dragonland/dragonanatomy.html) .Very cool:beer: Thanks for your help anyway!

Bezerker: Thanks:) I wanted to do something different than the norm.: big,4 legged lumbering beast;) Has for what he will be carrying....Depends on how good I make the harness*Trembles at the thought*Probably a huge rock or something,im not that creatice, lol.I have no clue how I will make the harness either....And for the legs: I know its not anatomically right, but i think it looks cool:thumbsup:

Update soon:applause:

If I may so humbly ask, where is it's mouth? With all of those wavy tentacles flip flappin around, this guy needs some ferocious teeth as well, but he's got no mouth! :D

You may want to lower his shoulders just a little bit, right now they have that "freshly extruded" look. If you bring them down just a tad, you're get a nice natural arc.

You definitely win the Crazy & Original Award so far :D

I like the way the hands and feet are designed. Makes me think of them animated and waving around. Rockin.

Okey-doky, time for a much needed update. After fixing my SubD lag-problem I was able to tweak alot of the little things that looked weird.I also made the basic shape of the mouth!Yay!It was easier than I thought it was going to be,also:thumbsup: One problem is though:I dont know how to make the oral cavity, because you can kinda see his insides and thats not good.Any tips?

And dont worry about the pose right now.He is in barney mode. I will eventually bone him(Not like that you sicko :shame: ) and pose him into a much cooler position.Probably eating people and burning his captors alive or something totally sweet:) That will be a new experience for me since I have never boned a character before.Sounds fun:) Its the next chapter in Master Maya 3^_^

Okay, enough ranting.here it is: Crits on the mouth would be helpfull:beer:

I have a crit about the horns that is bugging me. You have a lot of movement or bends in the horns in two axis but none in the third. What I mean is it's like you did all the modeling in the side viewport but didn't make any adjustments in the front view. IMO, that makes the beast seem flat and lacking dimensoin. I'd say all you'd have to do is do some pushing and pulling of the horn's CVs towards and away from the sides of the BoB.
Sorry if that seemed harsh, it wasn't meant to. Sometimes it's just easier to plain say something rather than sugar-coating it to sond nicer.

Thanks for the crit.Ill look into that:beer:

Okey-doky, here is a little update. I made the horns a little more curvy ZrO-1;) I also finished the tail(I still need to make the horns more evil looking though]:) They are kinda dull now). I also made a little eye texture because Im bored and couldnt think of anything else to make^_^. My only concern is that it looks like a stupid dragon. I want him to look evil, evil, evil. I cant really think of how to give him a grimace *Puzzled looks* Any tips?

p.s. Yes, I am attracted to shiny objects:cool:

Nice improovement with the horns. As far as making him look more evil the best and easiest way is to give him squinty, narrow eyes. Not round eyes. (I mean the openings made by the eyelids, not the eyeballs). Also making the eyes more "sunken" (is that a real word?) into the skull adds to the evil element.
