View Full Version : Character: Summoner
Jeffo 03-04-2004, 04:25 PM Howdy! :)
Finally finished off this character, it was originally started about a year ago at a competition on cgchat, the idea was to recreate a final fantasy character, that is a little older now. I chose Rydia from final fantasy 2.. add a few years and this is what i came up with :)
any crits welcomed..
cheers!

I like it but I wonder how the shoulders will hold up when the arms are lowered. Keep it up bro!
That's a pretty nice character. I like the red and green color theme especially.

sweet, I don´t really like her pale skin but thats a style choice because you´ve executed it well :)
How´s BFV getting on anyway ? :D

Those alphas on her arm cloth don't look quite right, I'd try and make the transparency more even. It looks just like a gradient ramp...?

I really like what you have done with the character. Doesn't she get older towards the end of the game anyway?
Now all you need is Titan sitting behind her looking all angry, like a father, ready to kick any potential boyfriend's ass!

Hey guys thanks very much for the comments! :)
Bryan: i think you may be right, might need to add a few more polys in there.
Phil: BFV is great man, just went gold, look for it on the shelves in 2 weeks or so :) if that.
ironikart: hmm i think it was abit of the background blending in, it does fade a bit, but not to nothing.. ill check that over though.
oracrest: hahah i wanted to do something like that, a summon.. ill add it to my ever growing list!
i decided to do a quick rig and pose her, heres what i came up with.
Thanks again
