i got a skeleton ready for a model, when i rotate the parent the bones, it scale them self :surprised :surprised HOW CAN I FIX IT (might be the IK controller faoult, i donno):surprised

Have you got any non-uniform scaling on the bones?

It sounds like you non-uniform scaled some objects that belong to that hierarchy. Non-U scaling is a big NO-NO when it comes to hierarchies, because it messes with the object's transfor matrix, which transforms are dependant on. The only solution is to unlink the offedning object(s) from the hierarchy, reset X-form it, collapse it and link it back. I wrote a script a while back for a colleague that would generate a report of non-u scaled objects in the scene... I'll see if I can dig it up. Cheers!
