07-04-2002, 03:43 AM
Hehe, I love it! that little "Meaw Fuzz" must have had too much cat - nip. Keep it up and it would be awsome to see him 3d. :applause: :applause: :applause:
07-04-2002, 04:48 AM
you should give the cat a crazed expression , like it is starved and desperate to get that food :)
07-04-2002, 05:51 PM
Well i've now started in 3d. this is the hook part that has the cat food on it. I don't like the rod part, it looks too fat... might change that. I'll start on the cat soon.

pretty modeling !! :)
07-04-2002, 06:47 PM
Wow!Very very nice:thumbsup: I think you already got my vote:applause:
If you keep going this way... this is going to be bloody genius!
Excellent start, really can't wait to see more of this one! :D
07-04-2002, 11:11 PM
that looks very good, keep it up :)
07-04-2002, 11:14 PM
I think it's great..the more ridiculous the better..makes me think of a crazy industrial version of the grinch and his dog (the original) :D
Can't wait to see more..
07-05-2002, 12:45 AM
using a mouse instead of cat food might give it a nice touch :D
07-05-2002, 02:02 AM
Haha i cant stop laughing! thats the wickedest idea i've seen yet man, i love it!
What you've modeled so far looks wicked... as for constructive critisizm i cant see anything wrong yet. Keep it up man!
07-05-2002, 02:56 AM
Fantastic, simply fantastic.
07-06-2002, 12:09 AM
Hi, i've done a little bit more... didn't reeally have much time, should be able do a bit tomorrow as well... (but don't take my word for it)
Thanks every one for all the great complaments (sp)
Darkchild- good idea! Just mite do that. what kind of a mouse do you think? i'm still trying to figure out what the cat is going to look like? real/cartoon/mix?
Orestesmantra- where is my Jillion billion dollars??? or do I get on compleation?
Well heres the update... (it mite not work as i'm using a different host.... If you don't see anything can someone tell me... thanks)
07-06-2002, 12:15 AM
Shit! Even i can't see it... well here is a smaller pic for now... I'll try and sort something out.
07-06-2002, 02:53 AM
Hi, just another small update, as its nearly 3 in the morning (uk). And i really have to go bed. I thought that i would try out the brazil render this time... Please C+C
Note: cat isn't the propper cat.
I think its turning in to a bit of a tank... i got a bit carried away with bit and bobs... half of them you can't even see!!
07-06-2002, 03:20 AM
geeze man! this is looking incredable! I'm keeping a good eye on this one for sure.
you should give the cat a little helmet or something when you make it... with a headlamp light thing.. ya know. I dunno :)
Keep it up dude!
07-06-2002, 03:30 AM
that's really nice modelling, i just love that lust for details !
07-06-2002, 03:43 PM
Moujot- thanks, yeah i just love putting lots of little bits every where.... although it some times i think it looks a little too busy. And with the Brazil render, it looks a little messy... but my be thats because its a shitty little pic.
Ravdog-Thanks, lol, i think i'm going to but some thing on the cat (my be that helmet) someone else had said about horns, and that made me think of having like a head band with horns stuck on, for the comedy value as the cat is far from a beast.
Please more C+C, more ideas... you can be harsh as well...
07-06-2002, 07:30 PM
Ok, so here is a small update. I've started on the back part and i just wanted to know what you people think of it, for size and shape etc....
07-06-2002, 07:33 PM
And zoomed out... sorry about the crap quaility.
07-06-2002, 08:49 PM
Holy crap! :D That's so friggin awesome. LOL I love this one. What a great concept.
07-06-2002, 08:54 PM
yep i really love it ! it deserves some kind of animation when it's done it's really great modelling :bounce:
:airguitar keep it up !
07-06-2002, 08:55 PM
I think that your last update is the cruelest thing you could perpetrate to that little minine. I love it.
07-07-2002, 01:03 AM
moujot- I might do some kind of animation when its done.
Well here is another update, This time the wheels (more like wheel). but the rest will be the same. I think its a bit like that thing in aliens that they all drive around in.
I've noticed that in one part (if this was real) there would onlyt be about 2 cm clearence. (but its not like it would be moving fast!)
07-07-2002, 01:04 AM
The beast zoomed out...
07-07-2002, 01:08 AM
sweet! Really dig the techno-industrial craziness..this is turning out awesome.
Def. need to get the proper cat, right now I keep imagining it's curious george and the man in the hat has finally had it with him and hooked him up to that thing..eh..or I need psych help. :D
07-07-2002, 02:02 AM
This is great! Love the humor in it! Will you be modeling the cat character in more detail?
07-11-2002, 11:59 PM
Sorry for the lack in update but i've been kind of busy. Heres a little up date, this is part of the back part. mainly working on the wheels and tring to get the tread done. I think its now done (the wheels that is, not the whole thing)! Once again C+C and any ideas are welcome. Thanks...
07-12-2002, 12:55 AM
