Hi there !
Nice, with the new CGTalk.com forum !

Well, anyway. I've spend some hours to getting started with a new character for a VERY long time, due that i'm working long hours now, and all creativity is put to ice. (who's not)

This is a draft, scetch modelling of a character that will be a mean celtic-scottish-orc-with-a-kilt-and-a-huge-mean-axe-and-kool-pose-kinda-of-a-character. (anybody else never done this ;) )

I'm just got the propotions of the arms and what kind of muscles he'll have.. anyway, the hands and feet are not done. The head is not eather.

please come up with ideeas and critic to improve my lack of imagination... This is a draft-modelling of what i'll do to finnish him, later on. Here's the link.

please do us a big favor and render him on a background other than black. Most of the pics on my screen were really dark, and made it hard to get a really good view. From what I can see though it's looking pretty nice.

Ok..

sorry for the black background.. the imiges have now a colored imige.. not a good one but a reference for you all to see better

Taoizm, the background is blue not black dude
increase the brightness on your monitor:)

okay, raise you're hand if your gamma adjusted....apparently I'm not. :D ... *went and changed brightness* by george it is blue, my bad.
