Here's a character that I've been working on. She still has a way to go, but I wanted to get peoples comments and suggestions before I got so far that it would be hard to make changes. The skin texture is just something I through on as a test.

Hey thanks for the advice on my model...I agree the shoulders and back need to be fixed.

That aside I think your model works really well. I would however definetly decrease the size of the head and have the horns flipped 180 degrees coming out of her head the other way...just a thought

the face is very manly, but maybe thats what you were going for.
but it looks great so far.

I think toning down the chin a bit might make it look a little more feminine.

Thanks for the suggestions, I'll try scaling the head. I made the horns coming out the front because everyone else seems to have the horns going back. I'm just trying to be different, also I figured with the horn this way, they could act like a face shield if she was in a fight. One problem with the horns the way I have them is that they cover the face from a lot of angles, maybe that's why everyone else has them going the other way.

Thanks.
I want her to look somewhat feminine. But she also needs to be a little scary. I was worried about making her too cute. I'm still playing around with the face, trying to get the balance right.

very nice, but it does still look like a guy. try making the jaw smaller and maybe biggers lips. Eye lashes are way too close to the eye and are too dark.

Here's an image of the updated face. I tried to make her less manly.
