team consisted of

Taoizm (our new challenge mod, welcome buddy)

Leigh
and myself..

I think the next challenge should be favorite old school television show interpretations.
I think that would be cool.

Hello everyone. I am finally to the point in my 3d learning that i am ready to take on a CG Talk challenge. I think it is going to be great practice for me. I am not the greatest in the world. So please don’t bash me down too hard :p We all have to start some ware.

hey dmonk, i really like ur subject !:bounce:
but itr should be limited to one person per cartoon.... cause lots of the same ones would be sooo bad.
(if thius subject is taken next month i'll have more comments on that..)

As for cartoon series: I'm not sure it will bring out any creativity to remodel something existing. It would probably not appeal to many either since 70s / 80s cartoons isn't everyone's bread :)

probably not if everyone just remade the cartoon but it could be creative if everyone reinterpreted there favorite cartoon. Like remaking the character.
lets say instead of he-man being this muscular young guy he could be this bald old fat guy running around in shredded haines underwear. Not just redoing something but trying to reinvent something. If that makes any sense.
