What would you think is the best way to rig a face for animation in 3D Studio MAX??

Is there any difference in riggin' a face made from box-modelling, splines or NURBS??

I'm asking this both to hear what is the most common way to do it; and to learn a bit about how its done. So if you have a tutorial for your, or any, method for rigging faces, please post it. Or write shortly about how you do it...

I hope this post will be of help to anyone trying to rig a face for animation...
