Samurai Wars (http://samuraiwars.savageeurope.com), an official add-on modification for Savage, was released in the European version yesterday.

I was the only animator on the project, and here are some preview pics and downloads. Let me know what you think.

Very cool, but in the animation "Kensai Run" i'd like to see that the samurai had his left hand more inwards (because he's probably running in to battle right?) and with the left hand grab the sword, together with right hand and do a vertical slash.

i really liked the attack animations, but the in the run animation it looks like he needs to be hunched over a little bit more.

all the calvary ones were good in my oppinion and i thot the cannon one was funny because it blows up afterwards. good work.

Wow, my favorite was definatly with the calvary, very nice and dramatic death animatio :). The running is a little fake. I don't know about you but I wouldn't want to hold a sword in that position with one hand while running, extreeemely tiresome. Try placing his other hand on the sword as well or maybe have him holding it across his shoulder while running.

I'll take a look at the run, I like some of your suggestions, I might use them.
