Ok I have all my facial morph targets all set up :) its like this
meshSmooth
Physiqe
Morph
Editable poly.

Now my question.. I animated Lip sync right..now thats complete. I now try to animate the character studo its works ok there along with the facial animation but, at a certain degree..the mouth or da eyes gets distorted? just a bit but not that much and plus the head and sometimes da body inflates? just for a split second is this normal or?? Is there a way to get rid of this? if so how? if not then what would u sugest?

PS: this is a simple test heehheh excuse the foul langange:

I always work with Morph before Physique.
re-order your stack too:
meshSmooth
Morph
Physiqe
Editable poly.

Also, why the edit poly at the end???..... just asking cos im interested

Doug, I think you are reading that stack description the wrong way...bottom up, I think as in the app.

MDB101's stack is correct, all he needs to do is change the head verts to rigid in Physique Vert SO, or play with the head link continuity and bias in Physique Link SO.

I figured out da problem but I dont know if I didi this right but it seemed to work.. all I did was linked every morph Target to the biped's head :) and no more distortion at all :) have u ever tried this way? it worked for me :) and thnx for da help :)

Err....why on Earth do you have all the morph targets in the scene? It's totally unnecessary, you can delete them as soon as they are captured in the morph mod. If you do need to adjust them there is an "extract" command for just that purpose.
