Hello Plaguelord :)

First off I'd like to say good and nice model! It does look like the crypt fiend. few crits I'd give is that head seems a bit small and since it's supposed to be the servant of an undead legion, I think it should be dirtied up, especially the fur (I doubt undead bathe) :P

Anyhow, great work! keep it up!

The model is nice.. the textures could be a bit dirtier, like the guy without the arm already said :)
Make the fur less blueish.. all the colors should "fade" into each other. So that the textures look like their of a piece.

The other thing you could improve a lot is the lightning. The shadows don't work like that (on the first image). Look into tutorials that describe "3 point lighning".. basically, define a key light and work from there.. right now you've got too many strong lights.. that's why the body looks lit differently than the ground. The highlights shouldn't bleed out that much too.
On the second image.. the light works pretty good.

Keep up it up!

thanks guys, your comments really help me, I know the textures can be much better, but it is still weak point on me. For the lightning, I’m using a 3 point lightning system what I’ve just learned from a tut, but I guess it’ll need more tweaking (specially the shadows). (moveover, is the first time using shag hair.)

regards!
