This looks great... but the part where the tail enters the.. whatever its called above the butt... that looks a little weird

I think part of your problem is that his quads look too flat, and when flowing into the lower legs, it appears as though his knees are sunken in rather than poking out of his legs...

The arms seems a bit on the short side to me, and he seems to give me the impression that he is balding somehow... i guess its the forhead or brows...
Horns can be a bit more menacing in terms of shape...

to blindsleeper: now i' ll pull up his knees, but i don't intend to add too details because he will have a tick fur on his legs.

to sapienz: yes maybe his arms are a bit short, for his head i prefer to add some other little horns on his forehead,

Same rules apply to angelfire as those that apply to geocities. I use geocities because with angelfire not only do you get two ads on your page now, you also still get popups. Geocities has one ad (which if you have a .tk, disappears) there are some great web design tools built in (I was an html purist, until I noticed that it made my site's look like crap, no matter how many tables, frames, and background colors I added lol).

Your demon looks pretty good, although the tail connection is not great. His face also looks too... friendly. Something about him doesn't scream out pits of hell, but more you're next door neighbor having a bad day (although I don't know your neighbors, I'm assuming they're not that bad)

I think its the Shape of the face ... its abit 2 Broad towards the cheek ... Sharpen his face or elongate his face like the "alien movie" ...
He sure looks like ahuman with horns tails and hoofs now ...

i've worked on his knees, now i proceed with the fur and the texture. and i've to add a piece of harmor on his chest
