Not sure what I am looking for. Good enough to post in the "finished" section? What more does it need?

Yes it looks quite realistic.
You may want to move it to the finished work section

sorry no offence meant ... but this looks like a tracing all the way ... why not just taking the pic as a reference? and do your own ... you can push the pic a lot further eg take a look at the pavement - it has diversity in the photo ... then take a look at yours has it diversity too?
