CGTalk - IK/FK arm setup??

If anybody knows how to setup an ik fk arm or has any links in Max 4, please help.

Well... the thing with R4's IK/FK switching system is that it's not as strightforward to use as you'd like... it can be done, but you have to be a little bit into scripting... if you don't like that, use the three-arm setup I used back in the R3 days... you can read it at http://www.maxtd.com
