is it possible to select an face an make it planar (don't know if this is the right word :) )?

Well if you just want to make it flat you can scale it the appropriate axis. If you don't quite understand just give it go, you'll see results right away, hope that's what you were lookin for.
hm, here is a picture
you can see that there are 2 faces selected, I want to extrude them...but as you can see they are not flat. Sure I can put the vertexes until the faces are flat....but maybe there is a script that can do this?! :wavey:
