It's been awhile but I received really good critique on my last work here, so I'm looking forward to getting any comments I can.

About the image:
Done in Photoshop, this took me around 8 hours. I bought a Wacom Intuos 2 a couple of days ago, and I have to say that it is amazing.

I like the colors a lot, but the thing that gets me is the hands look very strange and unnatural.

Yeah. I agree. I noticed that the hands were a bit odd and tried to fix it right before I posted, but I think they are still not right. I don't generally use any refernce, but I should probably at least get into the habit of looking at my own hands to see what they are supposed to look like.

People already commented on the hands, they look a bit strange to me as well. The only thing i can add is that the hair is pretty low contrast/flat compared with the drawing of the body :)
