Good work!
I like the idea take offcourse from Kill Bill.
It took me sometime to figure out whose who. You would need to work on your composition.
Make the white ninja high contast by making the background more darker. That way the viewers eyes get attracted to that postion of the cartoon. Make the heroes more colorful and make them stand out a little more.
I like it anyways...

the only thing i would say might need some improvement is the positioning of robot and monster. It's a little unclear what is going on with them. Is one hugging the other? what are the little clouds doing around them?

Dig it man. Luv this style. agree with the positioning comment tho. maybe have the little guy out to the right but still touching?
